HOW IT WORKS
It's easy as 1, 2, 3...
Be THE Voice is designed to fit into the structures schools already have in place – making it easy to implement without adding to staff workload.
See examples of our videos below or visit our YouTube channel.
1
Students watch short, peer-led videos
Each week, students engage with short videos featuring peers sharing real experiences around topics like bullying, belonging, peer pressure, and mental health.
2
Schools facilitate simple, guided activities and discussions
Elementary and middle school students take part in structured discussions and activities that reinforce the message of each video and encourage reflection and connection.
3
Students apply what they've learned in real situations
Students are encouraged to put these ideas into action – building positive habits, strengthening relationships, and contributing to a more inclusive school culture.
BTV x UGA All-American Gymnasts
First team All-American gymnasts Ady Wahl and Lily Smith share how important it is to support others, be kind, and lead by example. Their message encourages all of us to be a voice for good.
Be THE Voice x Joe the Gamer
At just 12, Joe is showing the world that leadership isn’t about age, it’s about vision and action. Through his Be Kind Campaign, he’s building a movement rooted in kindness, inclusion, and opportunity.
Be THE Voice x Charley
Block. Report. Support. Three powerful actions you can take when you witness cyberbullying. In this video, Charley shares why supporting a friend online can make all the difference.
Be THE Voice x Jayce
Being the newcomer on the bus can be uncomfortable. Jayce knows this feeling all too well and advocates for others to sit with someone new.
THE BOOSTER KIT
Each Be THE Voice program comes with a Booster Kit packed with trendy logoed merch tailored to each age level, making it fun and exciting to get involved.
It also includes all the project supplies you’ll need, so BTV team leaders can stay focused on spreading kindness – not fundraising or shopping for materials!

The Be THE Voice program has played a critical role in improving student behavior and school climate at Myers Middle School. Designed to empower students to self-advocate, resolve conflict constructively, and build positive peer and adult relationships, the program directly supports the school’s social-emotional and behavioral goals.

A comparison of discipline data from Fall 2024 to Fall 2025 demonstrates a clear and measurable reduction in student discipline incidents following the implementation and expansion of Be THE Voice.

This decline indicates that students are increasingly utilizing the communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation skills taught through Be the Voice, resulting in fewer behavioral disruptions and disciplinary referrals. Watch Gabrielle's full testimonial here.
